Ironically my gran said she wanted that as her funeral song. Never did happen though.

PlausibleHoot · 23/10/2019 11:35

Stay by Shakespears Sister.

That's pretty damn cool.

LeekMunchingSheepShagger · 23/10/2019 11:39

Madonna ft Justin Timberlake - 4 minutes

Shakin' Stevens -Merry Christmas Everyone. My birthday is Christmas week, it's always quite easy to work out what was number 1.

Unfortunately most Christmas week songs are a bit rubbish- the week I was born, it was Ernie , Fastest milkman in the West (Benny Hill).

Can't say either song define me in any way (I do hate milk though).

Elton John - Candle in the Wind

The next 3 (Spice up your Life, Barbie Girl, Perfect Day) are a much better representation of my 14 year old self!

Absolute classic

lumpy76 · 23/10/2019 12:12

Kylie - "tears on my pillow" which was supplanted by Sinead O'Connor the next day with "nothing compares to u"

iismum · 23/10/2019 12:14

@importantwater - I must be born the week after you. I got Sealed with a Kiss by Jason Donovan. Is this is sign that my life will be full of dull insipid mediocrity?
