Is Yahoo email down ?

Is anyone having trouble sending emails via Yahoo ?
I think I am receiving ok , but unable to send ?

Emails not coming through since 15.30.

I deleted it and tried to re add but it won't even let me do that !

Yes on Twitter they say they are working to fix it. It's happening more and more.
