Can anyone recommend a colonic?

I've struggled with on and off constipation for years.

Currently bloated, gassy, sick and uncomfortable and have been for several years.

Been to docs and has lots of tests but probably IBS.

Has anyone had and can recommend colonic irrigation? Does it hurt? Is it embarrassing?

I feel like I need one.

Yes and yes I can recommend it 100%. Sorted out my constipation pretty much for good. I felt amazing afterwards, flat tummy, no bloating. It wasn't embarrassing at all, no worse than getting a bikini wax or a smear and a lot less painful! It felt a bit uncomfortable at times but was mostly oddly relaxing!
I do think I was very lucky with my practitioner, she had a degree in nutrition and had also been a nurse. So like with anything else do your research!!

That's made my mind up! Where in the UK is your practitioner?

It was in London but it was a good 8 years ago...I know it was in a sort of holistic clinic place in Clapham Common. I'll try to remember more!
