I was wondering if there's any police staff on here? I have apples for a band 5 role and have been invited to a written exercise. I have been informed I will have 20 minutes to write a proposal document and been provided with a Westshire welcome pack. Has anyone gone through this exercise and can you shed any light on what's involved?
