Is any of the following a management style that I'm not aware of?
Taking the opposite position on almost everything, even when it's clearly a mad course of action, then reverting to my suggestion without acknowledging that that is what is happening
Making claims that aren't true, such as 'we have a policy on x' (we don't). Blatantly almost lying to themselves as well as me?
Evading Answers in emails. Such as 'can we do z', answer 'I presume that x is the way it happened last year?' I respond 'yes', 'I am content providing xyz conditions' and this just goes on forever.
It's sort of hard to describe.
And how do I manage a manager like that? It's really stressing me out
