Please tell me honestly is there any point listing our house for sale in November?

We really need to sell quickly but I’m not sure if waiting until January is the right thing to do instead.

Any advice welcomed!

We sold our last house in November - put it on the market at half term.

The market here is okay in November. Not as hot as in the summer but people still move. How is it where you are?

I think November could be just as good as January this year if I'm honest, given Brexit and all.

Thankyou all.

We need to move pretty quickly to be honest, no chain.

I can’t decide if we are best off waiting until January with the risk that we could have sold or put it on now and have it looking stale by the time the market picks up.

If only there was a way to just get rid of it quickly Blush

The market here is not moving at all, north east if that helps.

The busiest day of the year for rightmove is Christmas day!

There is no reason not to put it on the market, if the price is right it will sell.

We once sold on Christmas Eve, there's never a right time, in Winter it's gloomy and people might buy want to move over Christmas, then spring approaches and people start planning Easter holidays, then the main holiday season is here then we're back to planning for Christmas.

The only plus point about the summer months is the photos look better and the gardens are at their best.
