"Supper" for DCs

DS has ADHD and is on meds that limit his appetite but he's suddenly started wanting to eat again just before bed!
What do you give your DCs for a pre-bed meal? He'd eat cereal or peanut butter on toast till the cows come home but preferably a bit more variety as he's not really eating enough in the day TBH and we might get some new foods in if he is really hungry.

just came back to add rice pudding to my suggestions but see it is already here. if he likes berries then get some frozen berries or cherries and add them to the rice pudding.
