Juicing

This might sound a bit daft but here we go.

I absolutely hate vegetables- I hate the texture of them but I really want to get some intake because I’m trying to eat fairly healthily.
I’m just wondering, if I juice them, will I still get the nutritional benefit of the veg? Thanks!

Just to clarify, I also eat a lot of fresh whole fruit and the idea of juicing the veg isn’t meant as a diet- more just a way of actually being able to stomach the veg!

Absolutely, particularly if you have a ‘slow juicer’. If you are not sure about veg start with something like oranges and carrots as the orange disguises the carrots a bit more. Look at Jason Vale online, he has lots of recipes and talks of the benefits.

What do you eat if you’re not eating any vegetables?

Anything except veg! Grin

What I mean is, if you eat chips, you could swap them for sweet potato chips which have the same texture, or have mash made with mixed root veg instead of potatoes.

Thanks for the advice @Janus !
