This will probably bring people out the woodwork to say they hate so and so celebrity but who are the ones that you never really hear a bad word said about them? My nomination is: Dolly Parton.

A couple of people mentioned Michael Sheen. I’ve met him a couple of times and can confirm that he is, indeed, 100% pure loveliness.

Also love David A, Dave Grohl, Dolly Parton and lots of others on here.

Shocked about the Terry Wogan/Paul Gambaccini thing. I like PG and that wasn’t nice of TW.

Victoria Wood, Sue Perkins and her comedy pal Mel Giedroyc who comes across as possible the nicest person on earth. Her Magic Radio Show (now sadly finished) and Taskmaster really painted her as impossibly lovely.

Tom Cruise can send as much cake as he likes to interviewers to make himself look good. Still won't have anything to do with his youngest kid though will he. What a guy.

Thing is, it’s not as if Tom Cruise frantically checks just diary every day to make sure he hasn’t forgotten to send a cake. There’ll be no actual effort involved from him. It’ll be a matter of telling his PA/secretary “Make sure anyone who ever interviews me gets a cake on his/her birthday” or whatever. Whoopee-fucking-doo 😏

Cannot stand Ant and Dec. They are just not funny, cant watch anything with them on

Russell Howard love him. Read about people meeting celebs and being disappointed but everyone who had bumped into him says he's lovely. Cant stand Lenny Henry (got much too political no longer funny) , like Mary Berry but have read that she is a tyrant. Cant stand Ricky Gervais and again read that those that have met him say he's an arrogant knob but he is an advocate for animals so must have some good. Must be one of a small minority that dont like Tom Hanks. Do like Judi Dench and Billy Connoly 😊

I propose ... John Barrowman. Cheesier than cheddar these days but still a honey and he is lovely to everyone. Have fond memories of stage-dooring him back in his DW/Torchwood days when he did panto at Christmas and he was a combination of genuinely friendly, wicked and chilled.

Nobody hates him and if anyone pops up here to say they do, I'll come and find you!
