Ombre a wedding dress

Hi I am wanting to get my wedding dress done in a lilac Ombre.
I have the dress but need a contact for someone preferably near Morley Leeds.
Be grateful for any help!

What material is it?

I have a friend who had a gorgeous ombré dress but she ruined two standard dresses trying with dressmakers and then eventually bought one off the shelf that was already ombré. I think she got it from the US, I can find the website as a back up if you like.

The dress is tuelle with a satin underskirt.
