red parts of my house are very outing (particularly some of the furniture). But it is quite strong, so the floor seemed like a safe bet.

I'm intrigued by the cask aged gin another poster mentioned upthread.

Was going to have a gin but I just didn’t fancy it, I’m cold!

I have some cask aged gin, I never know what to pair it with because it's quite strong. I don't drink malt whiskey, this was a gift and isn't my usual tipple.

A lovely big Talland Bay gin and Fevertree Mediterranean tonic with lots of ice, a slice of lemon, slice of lime and fresh mint. Gorgeous.

Am I the only one who drinks coffee before bed? I'll show myself out..

A gin and ginger ale with ice. DH is away for the weekend and I'm at home with the kids and I've had a lovely evening to myself once I got them to bed and have brought my gin to bed with me while I browse mumsnet, just finishing it off and then I better get to sleep. Think he should go away more often!
