Ocado missing items?

Has anyone else noticed an increase in the number of missing items in their Ocado deliveries? With every delivery I get now I take it from the driver, put everything away, then put in my refund request for what is missing. 1 or 2 items each time. I didn't even used to check the receipt until the time my icecream was missing, and then the fancy ready meal I only ordered because it was half price. I complained to my DD that it's never a bottle of bleach that goes missing, and then it did!

Is this happening to anyone else, or does Ocado just like keeping things interesting?

Get Ocado once, sometimes twice, a week and yet to have a missing item. Although I am fully aware I have now jinxed things and I’ll be very annoyed if it’s ice cream that goes missing next time.

In the summer I started getting missing items which they say on the receipt but the driver doesn't highlight. I was really surprised. They've been perfect for years. And it said no substitutions available. One was green beans and one was blackberries! I went on site and they had plenty of different ones of both. I emailed in and I got a stock response and no goodwill gesture, but all's been fine since then.

In all the years I've been using Ocado, I don't think I've ever had a missing item, only the very rare "item unavailable".
