I'm so tired of life

Everything is an awful mess. There is no solution. I don't even see the point of writing this

Brene Brown’s research shows that shame survives in silence. Talking about our shame, shining a light on it, is what frees us from shame.

I can't see anything here that you need to feel shamed or embarrassed about.

Perhaps you could feel rather exposed if you've not really talked so openly before, feel like you've overshared, or that you are not comfortable talking about it?

Either way, it is better to talk about it, and start to process the solutions for you.

Squiff70 · 28/10/2019 14:31

How are you @DocusDiplo?

DocusDiplo · 03/11/2019 13:44

Rubbish. Just upset. Sad. Depressed. Crying. Kids are horrible and spoilt. Life is pointless. No solution to anything. Worn down. Wont say anything else so I don't get a mental health warning from MN to just embarrass me further.

Sorry to hear that op. Things sound tough.
Tell us a bit more. There are so many wonderful experienced people here who have a lot of wise advice. Maybe someone can help?

@DocusDiplo I'm sorry to hear things are still so rough for you right now. Feel free to PM me if there are things you'd rather not put on MN publicly. We're here for you.
