Eyelid blister lump?

Hello

It seems that recently whenever I apply my eyeshadow I get this blister looking bump on my eyelid? Could anyone suggest what it could be as I can't find anything about it?!

I'm wearing pink eyeshadow in the picture, it's not a rash!!

How old is the eyeshadow? I’d bin it.

@MrsCasares it's 10 months old! It's a Morphe 15B Palette.

I did think it may be the eyeshadow but it always happens on the same eye in the same spot
