I'd like to go somewhere (UK) to celebrate New Year's Eve. The problem is I don't have a lot to spend and I want something that's suitable and fun for children. I've looked at London, Center Parcs and theme parks. It's all more than we can justify spending. Has anyone got any other ideas?
