Is it safe to use the internal vaginal cream when pregnant?

I'm struggling with the idea and fear of using the pessary & seeing if there's other options!

Dr told me to insert it with my finger rather than the applicator. I was prescribed it at 38 weeks I think.

Canesten is safe, but better to use the long-term treatment (5-6 days) instead of the single day cream or pessary, due to the single-day treatment being very concentrated.
