Does your surgery have phone appointments and if so does your GP ever fail to keep them? I've been waiting since midday. I made the appointment two weeks ago. (GP has done this at least two other times.)
I think I need to move to a different surgery but I take meds that will be very awkward to get elsewhere so I'm putting it off. I'm also concerned that there is no better alternative.
I understand re austerity, limited resources etc, just trying to gauge if everywhere else is the same. I'm in London.
