I’m looking for inspiration. We’ve got a hallway, kitchen/dinner. Currently it’s got a dark grey/black lino that we’re looking to replace but I really don’t know what to replace it with.

I had my hallway and downstairs loo laid with Karndean in an oak finish. I was fed up with mucky shoes on the carpet and my DH's habit of hanging dinghy sails over the banisters to drip...

Subsequently I had a new kitchen and utility room done the same, and have since also had it laid in our dining room.

It all matches perfectly despite having been done at different times.
It's tough, waterproof, easy-clean and generally forgiving.
I was also told that if a strip gets damaged it can be taken out and replaced.

I've just moved house and inherited a very pretty terracotta floor, but in my last house, I had tumbled limestone in our kitchen, it was beautiful.
