how can I reset my password here?

I have forgotten my mumsnet password and can't see an option where I can get an email to reset it. Does anyone know how to do this?

Go to settings and you update the pass word there.

Thanks Alice, but unless I am being really stupid I can't see a way to update the password without knowing the old password - which I don't as I have forgotten it
