My local beauty salon uses Treatwell for online bookings. When they started doing it, I thought, great, I always remember I need something done when they're shut. But since they started I've had five appointments cancelled because the therapist doesn't work at that time due to Treatwell not working properly.
I've given up booking now, but I was just wondering if Treatwell was really bad, or the salon. I like the ladies who work there, when I've managed to have an appointment I'm really happy with the work, and I want to see a small local business do well, but I'm fed up with the cancellations. I was just wondering, is it Treatwell, or is it the salon? Anybody have any experience?
(Not a major issue in life, I know. I'm just curious.)
