Marks & Spencer - can I swap a pair of shoes I brought online for a different size instore?

Does anyone know if they will let me swap the shoes for a different size in store if I brought them online?

If I have to send them back to the online store I'll have to wait for the payment to refund on my card before I can buy the smaller size.

You can def return them to store and they refund the money there and then and then can buy them in the correct size...though I think they would just swap them if that's what you needed

I would certainly give it a go - you could always phone the store first to ask if they would do tihs.
