One Sunday afternoon my DH was wondering aloud how the egg gets into a buffer pork pie.
Following this DS, 19, showed his Dad a YouTube video on 'long eggs' or egg loaf, where multiple eggs are combined, cooked and shaped into one long sausage shaped egg roll.
I jokingly suggested we have one for lunch sometime, at which DS looked horrified. "But the eggs would come from lots of different chickens, he exclaimed. He then admitted that's why he doesn't eat tinned fruit, because the slices come from lots of random fruit, and not just one
.
Does anyone else have an aversion to an item, food or otherwise, and is there a reason, however random?
