Excruciating pain left side

Just under the bottom of the rib cage. Also getting colicky tummy pain and feeling sick
Would it be terribly wrong to bypass Gp and got straight to a&e

i had a pain like this for years before i finally found out it was ovulation pain. could it be that?

I don't know regarding ovulation I'm on hormone injections at present to stop it all

DH recently had severe left side pain with nausea - it turned out to be an impressively large kidney stone.
