How can I stop this getting into my house

Few years ago windows and doors replaced. Caused mould so it was redone but we noticed could always smell neighbours cooking etc.

New neighbours smoke on the shared porch pretty much outside our front door and it’s filling the house. I have asthmas as does one ds and we have a baby. It’s overpowering.

I’ve shut the vents on all the windows (now the mould is worse). The smell makes me feel sick and my Asthma is bad.
I have spoken to the neighbours and asked please could they step a bit further away from the house. Which for a week or so they did now it’s back to the same place. I think I should ask again but don’t want to annoy them.
I’ve woken with a headache and to a bedroom smelling of cigarettes it’s affecting me a lot.

Is there some kind of tape I could put round windows or anything to stop it getting in ? Have thick curtain over door but it’s still coming in and I feel almost car sick constantly due to the smell

Would air purifiers do any good?

I’d ask them again and explain about the asthma but would some sort of fan (blowing outward) work?

It’s really hard as it seems to literally come In the front door and upstairs and downstairs front windows so suddenly the house will be full of smoke each time they are smoking it’s really unbearable

I'd ask then again and if it still doesnt work then I'd put something in that specific area such as some large potted plants/a storage box/playhouse for the DC so that they have no choice but to stand elsewhere.

If its rented then I'd speak to the landlord too as they're not going to want a property that smells of smoke.
