Do you spring out of bed or keep hitting snooze?

The second the alarm goes off I leap out of bed like a Jack-in-a-box.
I'm up instantly.
But I did go through a brief phase of '5 more minutes'.
I much prefer the heart attack inducing leaping.
Whats your style to start the day?

I snooze for over an hour sometimes and hate myself for it.

I can hear my neighbours little beeping alarm at 8 so always feel awful they must here my terrible IPhone alarm harping on every 9 minutes for an hour plus Blush

Dh gets up with the alarm at something stupid like 6.30. I stay in bed until nearly 7. Woe betide anyone who talks to me for at least the 1st half hour, if not longer. I hate getting up, even if I get to bed early and have a good night's sleep. I'm not lazy either, btw, I'm just more active, alert and productive later in the day.

Snoozer generally. I have the odd day where I just get up but mostly it's three snoozes and up although I allow time for four. If I don't have the snoozes I tend to feel grumpy and sluggish. The one thing I don't miss about DH when he works away is the fact he leaps out of bed and talks to me before I'm properly awake.

Despite being really alert to the sounds the kids make at night I'm pretty good at sleeping through alarms. So DH rings my mobile and if I don't answer that the house phone to check I'm up.
Once when DH worked Saturday mornings we were child free one weekend. DH left for work at 7 and returned at 12:30 to find me fast asleep with my 7:30 alarm blearing.
