Bit embarrassing... trampoline park injury. Was supervising the youngest carefully but as it was empty got carried away mucking around with the oldest.
I was jumping down a long row of trampolines and caught my toe on loose matting and went flying. The bridge of my nose hit the edge of the last trampoline. It hurt a lot, it sounded crunchy but I think that was my glasses. When the numb impact feeling went I got quite a headache, but it was ok with ibuprofen. I was too embarrassed to tell anyone...
Today my nose is straight but has a bit of swelling each side, the bridge is very very tender but it’s ok if not touched. If I touch inside my right nostril gently there is always a little bit of blood, though I had no nosebleed.
Is this just bruising?
