Apologies this is going to be a totally non technical thread . Our boiler has two separate switches on control panel for heating and hot water . We had heating on today then when we turned it off on the switch the actual heating won’t turn off . Normally shoving the switch up and down resolves this but today it would just not go off . My DP decided to reset boiler but this still kept heating on . Now he’s turned the boiler off . we live in rented house and I have emailed landlord to advise not heard anything back yet . Switch looks fairly old despite the boiler not being that old . Anyone got any ideas on what we can do it’s a Baxi boiler
