This ad just popped up on my FB feed. To me it looks like she's lying back with a "take me now" kind of expression. I feel slightly uncomfortable looking at it!

It is a human pose, but to me it's very childlike. Like a child sitting and looking up at someone reading them a story, or watching tv, or looking at clouds etc. Nothing remotely sexual about it for me I'm afraid.

I think you've overthought that OP. It's a lesson in the fact that family humour is always a weird bubble of in jokes that nobody outside gets though- if you want a reliable opinion never ask family! They always think you're great/right/hilarious - get well soon though
