Tickets for the strictly tour

Ds (6) is obsessed. Thought about getting him and me tickets for the tour which he would love and I would most likely enjoy too.

Anyway Manchester shows are sold out for the (2) matinees, some tickets available for the (2) evening shows but not ideal for a 6 yo for obvious reasons.

Do they release more dates/ seats nearer the time? I'm sure I looked about Christmas time last year and although decided against there was more choice than there seems to be now.

I'm not sure if they release more tickets nearer to the date.
The longer you leave it the further/higher up you are which means you don't have that good a view.
Last year we missed the release date for Manchester and booked about now and ended up really high which spoiled it for me. DH booked 15 mins after the tickets were released this year and we're in row L of the lower tier.
It might be worth considering another show. We went to see Rip it Up with Louis Smith, Jay McGuiness and others in London in February which was good fun and I've heard that it is going to come out to the provinces but don't have any more details to hand.
Hope you manage to sort something out. The Strictly show is fab, we go every year!

Thank you. I have now noticed that some sites have some seats left on lower tier so may just buy them. Pleased you enjoyed, it's expensive isn't it.'

I don't think it's the actual dancing DS is obsessed by it's the scoring and calculating how much the next couple needs to beat the previous couple. Is a bit of a maths geek. And cried the other day when anneka rice got kicked out because he thought Craig was really mean to her.
