Two babies two years apart

Recently name changed.

Just found out I'm pregnant with my second baby which will be born within a week or two of my DS' second birthday. I got pregnant a lot quicker than I anticipated and now I'm freaking out about how I'm going to cope with a boisterous cheeky toddler and a new born.

I know a lot of people have them closer in age and two years is a popular gap but please give me any hints and tips you've got for how to cope?

My son still has milk in a bottle before bed and is cuddled to sleep for all naps and at night. I know he'll change and develop lots before then but I'm so anxious I don't know how I'll cope.

The baby will be delivered by csection due to previous complications.

TIA
