Is there an estate agents you can sell your property to that only deal with investors/landlords?

I can’t sell my flat. But I know it would be a good rental property so would be worthwhile to landlords.

My neighbour upstairs could not sell hers and it was rented out in a matter of days.

I just can’t find a company that deals with buying investment properties.

The market for rental properties is very flat at the moment. Tax changes have made buying to let with a mortgage (as opposed to for cash) extremely difficult. Coupled with the new legislation, licensing and the proposed ending of Section 21 - not to mention Brexit and the threat of a Labour govt which basically wants to end private renting - you would have to be very foolhardy indeed to go into buy to let or to expand your portfolio.

You don't need special agents to sell to landlords. Landlords buy from the same agents as everyone else, but there just won't be many looking to buy at the moment.

Having said that, everything can be sold if the price is low enough so if you really want to sell you will have to lower the price until someone wants to buy it.
