I have cooked turkey mince bolagnaise in fridge, think I cooked it last Tuesday, so 5ish days ago, smells fine..

Would you eat it?

I'm possibly the most relaxed person on MN about food & that is pushing my boundaries.

Does it smell? Does it taste ok?
I hate wasting food but would taste it. Any doubts from taste & out it would go.
I have stomach of steel but I can't loan it out, so... your call.
