Kantha quilts?

I'm looking for bed covers online and have come across lots of very beautiful and cheap kantha quilts selling through eBay, amazon and Etsy. Does anybody have experience of buying these?

I am wary because they are shipped from Rajasthan and are very cheap. Does this mean they might not be ethically produced or is it better to buy directly like this? Also, is shipping reliable or are there unadvertised hurdles like extra taxes to pay?

There are lots for sale on Amazon, you could look for the background there.

Thanks for the reply. I have also looked on amazon but can't tell whether the reviews are real. They offer next day delivery but I don't see how that's possible from Rajasthan.
