I love the ‘what is happening in your house threads’
Our Saturday evening is that we just had a Chinese as it was our staff party last night and me and dh are feeling a bit delicate. Me and Ds are watching Johnathon creek on Netflix and husband has gone up to bed to watch some tv.

So many typos 🙄

DS on his PlayStation eating pizza and talking to his friend on his headphones.
DD in her room watching YouTube slime videos.
I've just had shower and am sitting in my PJs in sofa with a chocolate orange.
Dp is cracking open a beer in the kitchen.
DDog is looking for food in the kitchen.

Awaiting DH to return with Chicken Kebab! Kingsman 2 (film) is on pause.... plates are laid out, salt, vinegar, ketchup and other condiments on coffee table.... sitting in quiet house as DDs not home this evening! Already had shower and Pjs on.
7+4 weeks pregnant and not feeling sick anymore so going to enjoy my tea 😋

We've just had chippy tea, now we're all on the sofa watching Descendants 3. After DD goes to bed I will drink wine and probably fall asleep.

I love those little peeks into other peoples lives.
DS is gaming and eating muffins he made himself (yay!).
DD has just recieved her module confirmations (1st semester uni), so she is trying to decide if she wants to take an additional language course - or not.
Dcat has been thrown out of my room for being a nuisance.
I am sitting at my desk feet up, doing nothing and waiting for DH to come home from visiting his mother. Last time his train was delayed by 70 min.

The cats are sleeping in a pile of furry tails and whiskers, I'm eating jaffa cakes (basics, nicer than McVities) and watching I Feel Pretty on netflix.

Other people’s lives do interest me! Especially the ‘mundane’ normal things. More than the amazing stuff that sometimes happens

Nothing, and it's great. DD is at a sleepover, DS is asleep, OH is in the basement I think or maybe he's gone to bed, I'm not sure. The cat is being annoying though - she wants to play but I can't find her toy cockroach which is the only thing she wants to play with.

I am waiting for someone to pick up something from Facebook. About an hour and half late so maybe I should stop hoping.

Watching Green book and having a veggie curry.

Celebrity Chase on TV, and dgs playing games on his tablet.

Just about to put our youngest dd to bed and Dh is cooking bbq ribs and pulled pork. Going to wash it down with a pink gin whilst we catch up on Goldrush. Not sure watching later as we've caught up on everything we watch.
Older two are up in their bedroom on their phones and laptops - they'll emerge later for snacks 😂
Oh and baked banana loaf earlier so looking forward to a slice of that later! Kids have wolfed half down already so must be good!

DH is about to get ready for nights, DSS is shouting at his X Box and I'm already in bed watching Strictly having loves from Stella the moody Burmese. Dinner was a green Thai curry, my food for 12 hour days sorted for tomorrow, as are my scrubs.

My boys are in elder ds bed watching a film, they are 11, 14 and 16 and are planning a sleepover together :) DH is making pizzas and I'm watching Strictly with a bucket of wine after a hellish week!

Trying to get 10 month old off to sleep but he had a late nap and dinner , so is a little wired ... can hear husband running the hoover around to try and repair the carpet from 10 month old crawling around with snacks in tow ...contemplating falling asleep with baby

I'm catching up on Celeb MasterChef and sampling my new gin. DD and her boyf after getting ready to go out out. DH is about to go and make me another g&t before he goes to the pub. I can't be arsed to move.

Waitrose Chinese takeaway bag goodies are in the oven cooking. I’m watching Where the Heart Is recorded this afternoon and DH has nipped to the shop to get a few treats to keep the dog happy while we eat. Trying to decide whether to watch a film or Waterloo Road on catch up.

We’ve just had a takeaway and kids are watching Big Hero 6.
Dh and I are just chilling in the sofa.

I am supervising DS2 in the bath. DS1 is downstairs watching telly. DH is doing something to do with electronics at the kitchen table.

Just remembered that we had Malteser buttons in the cupboard so have just been sharing some of those!

My son and his girlfriend are in the main living room with the decent TV, he's doing a lesson plan and she's sketching (I feel like going in and telling them to go out and enjoy themselves while they're young and have no ties!) , and I'm relegated to the family room where the TV is hard to use, the sofa is less comfortable and the lighting isn't good enough for me to crochet unless I put the big light on which I don't like.
I could sit in there with them but I feel like the third wheel.

My husband and our youngest have gone mother in law visiting for the night.

I'm home alone tonight. DP is at a concert (playing, not listening), DSS is at a rugby match.. so I am watching said rugby match on the TV and enjoying the peace and quiet doing things I can't normally do (like browse Mumsnet without DP wanting the goss haha).
