I am a bit annoyed stir crazy as have spent the last x3 days waiting in for x3 separate deliveries. 1 out of 3 has arrived.

Thursday delivery arrived but at 8.15pm!

Friday, a different delivery did not arrive - it's perishables and will be redelivered on Monday.

And today's one - guaranteed delivery - was the classic 'dump a card & run' technique ...

OK - have managed to contact them by email without having to use the item reference number - so challenge solved.
