There is an excellent tk max which usually has some great beauty and designer bargains if that’s your thing? Also Kensington palace and Hyde Park or The Design Museum.

Weather’s miserable, I’d head to the museums. Natural History, Science and V&A are all in Kensington. Plus Hummingbird Bakery for tea and cake
