Has anyone won an itv competition

And if so how did they contact you did they leave voicemail if you didn't answer or send a text?
Does anyone think ppl actually win these competitions?

My friend won £10,000 on one of the ITV mid morning programmes, about 10 years ago. She heard her name announced as the winner on the TV and then they called her about 5 minutes later.
