I know it was awesome to watch, I almost shed some tears. It's hard to comprehend the speed he runs.

I heard them say of over 51 million park runs ran only 5 have been quicker than his pace of 4.34 min/miles and he ran this for 26 miles not just 3 miles.

He is super human Smile

Just seen this coming home from a long day at work. It's absolutely incredible, truly super human!

I am so in awe, I have done a marathon in 4 hrs and 47 mins and it was the hardest thing ever.

Watching ultra fast runners is like watching another breed of human, no relation to my lumbering frame at allšŸ¤£
