Anyone want to join me on a 'I have arthritis and I'm pissed off thread'?

Just that, really.
I'm sick and tired of various joints deciding to grow bone and hurting like hell.
Today's joy is a painful thumb that really let me know about it when I got stuck in traffic so was turning my ignition on and off.
Attached is a picture of the offending digit, carefully bound in KT tape as that seems to help.....

P.S. But I can't see me taking down my trousers and doing it at work....

I have recently been diagnosed with polymialgia rheumatica and am on steroids.Its awful and dibillitating and I am miserable. My arms are hurting and I can;t bend....I am praying over time it eases.I believe this started with the perimenopause but that is only my conclusion.Didnt think I would be like this at 47...

I am sorry to hear about what you all are going through. Has any tried natural options as well like turmeric supplementation for joint health support?
