My weight has always yo-yo'd. I can feel it starting to creep back up; clothes are becoming uncomfortably tight and my confidence is beginning to take a dip. I have a weekend away planned for tomorrow, but come Monday I want to get back on track properly and stop messing around and half-assing my health plans.
I have a gym membership, I have the MyFitness apps and I know the good/bad foods. Actually employing those things is the issue. What I could use are some tips about how to keep the motivation up and how to avoid that same-old routine where my "cheat day" turns into a cheat year. Has anyone found anything that works to keep them on track?
