4 week old with blocked nose

My 4 week old has a blocked nose and is super sniffly. She is feeding ok but sounds uncomfortable. Is there anything I can do to help her? I assume the doctor cannot do anything

You can try saline nasal spray or drops

There’s a baby saline spray you can use that’s really gentle. www.boots.com/sterimar-baby-nasal-hygiene-0-3-years-50ml-10112027

Used it for all three of my babies.

As above.

Also tilt crib one end (books will do) if you have a shower, get it hot and bathroom steamy, then stand in there with her. I also found having a humidifier worked wonders too (both my children were very snuffly and blocked as newborns) with eucalyptus oil etc.

Saline spray/drops.
I also highly recommend the nosfrida snot sucker. It sounds gross but isn't at all and is a total life saver for bunged up babies - saline spray first then a short while later suction out the loosened snotters

Buy a snot sucker from Boots. It's the only thing to properly do the job!
