Should DD go back to the dr

DD is 5 and has been complaining of "weird heartbeats" for three or four weeks now. She doesn't have any other symptoms, no fainting etc and is otherwise well. Her sister died of a heart condition when she was 3. DD does not have the same condition but hasn't had any additional checks on her heart.

We saw the dr a week ago while checked her over, all normal and requested an ecg in another weeks time. She also asked that we keep a record. DD was complaining every other day or so but this week they are every day, sometimes twice a day lasting up to a minute each. They happen while she is at rest. I'm not sure if I should go back to the dr or just wait for her ecg appointment in a weeks time. She is well otherwise I'm just nervous given her sister.

I would go back personally.
It's better safe than sorry. And the Dr will be able to chase up the ECG appointment also.

I would also call or go back and see the doctor. Hope all is ok

I've rang, they can't fit her in for the ecg any earlier as they're fully booked. Not sure the dr can do anything else either without the ecg information. They do dr telephone call backs in the morning so I'm going to ask for one of those and see if the dr thinks she needs to be seen sooner.
