Not sure if I’m just being impatient.
I placed on 27/09 and immediately got an email saying unable to fulfill order a refund will be processed and confirmation sent via email.
I haven’t had an email or refund so I emailed the customer service team on Monday to ask how long it would be and haven’t had a response - it’s a well known website so nothing dodgy.
Would you have expected to hear something by now? Is it really impatient of me to open a paypal dispute to get the refund or should I wait longer? I could really do with the money back asap.
