Feeling pathetic!

Urgh, I am feeling so useless today! I’m 28 weeks pregnant, I’m cold and tired out, I have back and hip and leg pain from a flare up of SPD, and I just can’t get moving today.

I don’t even work, just need to do some housework and volunteer work admin, but I’m not getting round to it.

I’m also newly diagnosed anaemic, so at least I know why I’m so breathless all the time, but I’m not sure any of the above is enough of an excuse for being so slow and lazy!

I can’t even summon up the energy to talk to DH at the moment, and I actually quite like him!

Not sure if I need a comforting arm round the shoulders or kick up the backside! Grin just wish I knew where my get up and go has gone.

have a duvet day you will feel a lot better, the housework can wait, the admin can wait tell DH you feel like crap and just relax thats all you can do really as pushing yourself will only make you feel worse tomorrow

Oh my days, you need to be nurtured with a hug, a comfy position, a good box set and nutritious food.
Pregnant, SPD and anaemic! That's a recipe to feel worn out and sloth like. Allow yourself to sloth. Hope you feel better soon.

Haha thanks both! I get so fed up when I can’t get on with things. I’m not used to the slow pace!

Anyway DH has more or less banned me from going to the volunteering meeting tonight (in a completely non-coercive way!) so I shall not have to sit in a draughty church hall for two hours. Probably a good thing. Early night, I think!
