Has anyone experienced this? I went through the egg retrieval process in September 2nd and my eggs were frozen. I had a bleed ten days after as expected. I then ttc during when I thought I might conceive naturally this month. Thought nothing more of it, but then experienced what might have been implantation pains a couple of weeks later and a little follow up spotting. Ten days on and no period (I was due on two days ago) and negative pregnancy tests. I am 14 days past when I think I ovulated. I have read that some women get a delayed cycle after egg retrieval and it’s likely to be that...but could I be pregnant and it’s just not picking it up 🤷♀️ Or is it just wishful thinking....
