Cant sleep....anyone else??

Cant shut off my mind tonight.too many unwanted thoughts!contemplating food

been up since 4 here! sleep not going to happen tonight.

Couldn't sleep so have been doing some match betting. I may as well make money out of not sleeping!

Holding up a 4 week old refluxy baby trying not to fall asleep

Been awake all night. Over it, can’t remember the last time I had a proper nights sleep

I've got horrible stomach cramps and wind, feeling sick too. Having googled I found that the 2 corn on the cob I had for dinner last night wasn't a clever idea...

Up since 4 here. Hot flushes and too much on my mind :/
