Getting the rage at work - menopause?

I work in a high stress profession which has a lot of petty bureaucracy and multiple changes in senior management meaning changes in policies and procedures... all of which make doing a hard job fucking really hard! Most days at work I am now seriously getting the rage over something and just desperately wanting to walk out. I'm so close, each day. They have a massive recruitment and retention issue and majority of staff are agency cause they are not stupid enough to be permanent there. I'm scared I'm going tell someone to fuck off or just walk out and be sacked. And then I won't be able to pay my mortgage.... is this menopause as I know the level of rage is irrational!

@JMAngel1 - What's DIM supplements or am I being dim? Agree with all your post, menopause is part of reminding us to take care of ourselves

I'm in NHS and my rage bubbles very close to the surface at times. My younger, male colleague has learned when to retreat and make us both tea Grin

Mine's definitely the menopause. I'm just angry at everything and anything

Me too

Ooh, can we borrow him please? He sounds wonderful Grin At my work it's just little ole me making the tea and answering the phone and doing everything to help everyone. My promotion is on the horizon though... Senior Broom-Stick-up-the-Arse Officer Grin
