Would you get your haircut by an ex convict? You don't get to know what they were convicted of, only that they spent time in prison and are fully trained and have been rehabilitated into society.

Is the barbers called Gould's? There's one opening at my local Tesco where there's a Timpson's shoe menders & photograhy place.

I used to work at a factory with quite a few ex offenders, they made a product used by many well heeled MNtters!!
Ex burglars, joyriders, druggies, even a man who'd thankfully had his murder conviction overturned. As long as they worked hard the factory kept them on. There were some interesting stories! Most of them turned out well, but not all.
