Apply for a masters and Degree certificate

I am applying for a masters as a mature student
I graduated about 10 years ago
In that time fuck knows where my degree certificate is.

I’ve spent my lunch break on hold to my previous uni and now their lines are shut
Will they issue a duplicate or an electronic one?

They should do. I applied for my masters a few months ago and couldn’t find my degree certificate.
I was able to buy a replacement through my university’s online shop (£50!!)
They send me a PDF via email within a few days and then a replacement copy a few days later.

Yeah, I know. But I was so relieved they could do it I paid up joyfully.

Having an e-copy was v useful as I could attach it to my online masters application straight away.
