Hi ladies, I'm not getting into the whole who does or doesn't wear them and why!
I do....but finding my usual brand which I've worn for years are really irritating me. I'm looking at re-usable but don't know we're to begin....there are so many brands, some quite expensive. Rather than spend loads of money and them not be suitable, can you point me in the right direction? Also I'd you have switched how is it for you? Thanks.

You might want to look at period pants too. Tulip are fairly cheap and quite slim, although the material can be a bit 'rustly' sometimes.

I bought a few from cheeky wipes. They have advice on their 'blog' on how the different materials feel, and for washing. Good quality. Will last. And feel secure (though I found I needed fairly well fitting knickers)

I found some reusables on eBay, although they weren't easy to find, as most are for periods (thicker and bigger). I don't think the ones I bought are on eBay anymore.

My only tip is when you are looking, check the sizing in the description, as the pictures can be misleading.

I'm really pleased with mine. I have 9 days worth and I chuck them in with the laundry so they don't create any work for me.

Also got cheeky wipes ones. I think I got a starter pack with sanitary pads in too. They’re comfortable and wash well.

My advice is to ponder the materials as well as shape and thickness. When buying reusables years ago, I found natural fibres more comfortable than man made, so I looked out for cotton and bamboo instead of fleece and I had various pads for different times.
